An AC motor can be an electric motor driven by an alternating current (AC). The AC motor commonly consists of two basic parts, another stator having coils given alternating current to make a rotating magnetic field, and an inside rotor attached to the output shaft producing another rotating magnetic field. The rotor magnetic field may be produced by permanent magnets, reluctance saliency, or DC or AC electrical windings.
Single-Stage AC Induction Motors & Gear Motors
AC induction motors are optimal for uni-directional and continuous operation such as a conveyor system. All you have to is to connect a capacitor and connect the electric motor into an AC power supply and the motor could be easily operated.
