EP5 TYPE

1. Overview

EP5 electric window opener for vertically-rotary side-hung window is the new product developed by our company independently with advanced transmission technology and drive mechanism, which has the features of tight structure, beautiful and grand appearance, fewer noises, enough rigidity and convenient installation. It can be equipped with remote control, smoke control, temperature control, wind control, rain control and other sensing device. It’s mainly adopted for the electric opening and closing of varied vertically-rotary side-hung windows (skylights). It’s adopted for workshop, auditorium, theater, shopping mall, station, terminal building, storehouse and other sites. It can be used to open aluminum alloy, plastic steel and steel vertically-rotary window. The window opener has been included in National Drawings on Building Standard Design 06CJ06-1.

2. Features:

1) The structure of transmission structure has been optimized, which effectively reduces frictional resistance and transmission noise.
2) The surface of switch is galvanized.
3) The electrical control is changed to weak electricity control from strong electricity control.
4) The cast-iron shell of window opener is changed to aluminum-magnesium die casting, which can effectively avoid corrosion.
5) The window opener of this model can be applied to open sliding window as well.

3. Structure And Principle:

When window opener works, the host is driven by three-phase motor (model YS802-4); The output shaft of the host drives transmission tube or wire rope to make reciprocating motion through sprocket and then transmission tube or wire rope drives the switch to realize the opening and closing of sash.
