EP3 TYPE

1. Overview

The shell of the window opener adopts die casting technology of aluminum alloy with beautiful appearance. The limit device adopts screw inter-compression type with tight structure. Double-head worm is adopted for transmission, which has rapid opening and closing speed. The supporting lug adopts die casting technology of aluminum alloy with graceful appearance. Transmission tube is connected to output shaft with dowel. It’s the comprehensive window opener that cannot be compared by original manual-operated window opener. The manual-operated window opener is dedicated for the sash opening and closing of the horizontal medium-pivoted or top-hung side window in industrial factory building, warehouse, theater, auditorium, dining hall and other buildings.

2. Structure And Principle

When window opener works, manual-operated handle drives manual-operated machine and the output shaft of manual-operated machine drives the middle-opener and upper-opener through linkage tube and the middle-opener and upper-opener drive the switch through transmission tube to realize the opening and closing of sash.

3. Selection Of Window Opener

The limit sash number and length of top-hung and horizontal center-pivoted side windows are shown in following table:

Note: the limit sash number and limit length in the table are calculated through the symmetrical opening and closing at the left and right sides of the centered window opener. To the single side, the sash number and opening and closing length shall be halved.The switch of manual-operated window opener EP3 is operated in the way of strut and supporting lug. Supporting lug adopts aluminum die casting technology with beautiful appearance, tight structure and convenient installation.
